<p>As a PC user, I&#8217;ll <em>gladly</em> take an occasional GMail outage over:</p>
<ul>
<li>Outlook and waiting for messages to download</li>
<li>Upgrading my spam filter regularly.</li>
<li>Downloading Outlook upgrades via Windows download and rebooting my computer.</li>
<li>Paying for Outlook version upgrades every couple years</li>
<li>Random freezes and resource hogging.</li>
</ul>
<p>And &#8230; it gave me time to write this brief blog post.</p>
